It’s always a good day for Ocean Wise, the Aquarium’s national sustainable seafood program, when we get to welcome new partners into the fold. When that happens, we know that more Canadians will have access to sustainable seafood options, marked with the Ocean Wise symbol.

Recently, we’ve been fortunate to welcome a number of new partners across the country to Ocean Wise. Two of them, Café Boulud and d|bar lounge, are housed in Four Seasons Toronto, which recently hosted a Chefs for Oceans event with chef Ned Bell, who is currently riding across Canada via bike to raise awareness around sustainable seafood issues.

Café Boulud and d|bar were launched by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud and benefit from the culinary talents of Chef de Cuisine Tyler Shedden, who was hand-picked by Boulud from New York’s DANIEL restaurant to lead the culinary team at Four Seasons Toronto.
